For sale is a fully equipped production line for margarine, confectionery fats, shortenings, etc., including an additional line for dry milk and an automatic CIP cleaning system.

Reason for sale: No longer needed for the Company's production processes. It comprises equipment from manufacturers such as CHEMTECH, ALFA LAVAL, TMCI Padovan, O/K International, FAVEO, Bortolinkemo, Atlanta, Cidiesse. The lines are new and complete, including packaging lines and palletizers. All production, packaging, and palletizing lines are automated.

Line A: Production and packaging of margarines, confectionery fats, bakery fats, and for dairy industry with a capacity of 12.4 tons/hour, or production and packaging of margarine for puff pastry with a capacity of 4.5 tons/hour.

Line B: Production and packaging of confectionery, culinary, bakery, and dairy fats with a capacity of 18.6 tons/hour, or production and packaging of fats for dairy products, cocoa butter substitutes with a capacity of 12.4 tons/hour.

Description of margarine production lines:
Equipment for margarine production is supplied by one of the leading global manufacturers, Chemtech International Ltd. (UK), providing a plant for the production and packaging of industrial margarine, puff pastry margarine, and fats, with a capacity of 200 tons/day.

The margarine plant also includes tanks (3 units of 60 tons each) for forming the fat base, equipped with pumps, heat exchangers, level and temperature sensors. A tank (5.0 m3) for purified demineralized water with a UV lamp for disinfection is installed for preparing the water-fat phase. Equipment manufactured by Bortolin Kemo S.p.A., Italy, is used for loading/unloading boxes with fats and margarines onto pallets and wrapping pallets with boxes.

Composition of Line A:

Four tanks of 5 m3 each for preparing emulsions with mixers and pumps, equipped with load cells.
Four tanks of 50 liters each for flavorings and colorings with peristaltic pumps.
Main plate-type heat exchanger-pasteurizer with 3 sections.
Main piston pump.
Kneader block (C1+C2).
Kneader block (C3+C4).
Working module with 2 pin-rotors.
Working module with 2 pin-rotors.
Optionally, there is a pipe for maturing and a Kempack machine for producing puff pastry margarine. Line productivity: 5 tons/hour for industrial margarines, 1 ton/hour for puff pastry margarine.

Composition of Line B:

Two tanks of 5 m3 each for preparing emulsions with mixers and pumps, equipped with load cells.
One tank of 50 liters for flavorings and colorings with a peristaltic pump.
Plate-type heat exchanger-safety valve.
Main piston pump.
Kneader block (C1+C2).
Kneader block (C3+C4).
Working block with 2 pin-rotors.
Working block with 2 pin-rotors.
Line productivity for industrial margarines and shortenings: 5 tons/hour.
Two parallel lines for forming and filling margarine containers consist of:

Container forming unit.
Unit for lining containers with polyethylene film.
Station for filling margarines into containers.
Container sealing unit.
Printer for container labeling.
Packaging lines are equipped with roller conveyors and deliver the finished products to the tempering warehouse. Containers are transferred to palletizers, where pallets are formed and wrapped with stretch film.

For cleaning technological lines and equipment, three CIP washing tanks are installed, used for preparing cleaning solutions and clean water for washing. The washing station is equipped with a pump.

All production processes, container forming, filling, and packaging, as well as box transportation, are highly automated. Automation level: PLC plus SCADA.

Additionally, a pilot margarine plant with a capacity of 120 kg/hour has been supplied by Chemtech International Ltd. and is available for sale separately from the production line.
