The Complete line used for processing fruit and vegetables up to 2.5 tons per hour represents a significant innovation in the agri-food sector. With a 2017/18 production year, this line has been designed to maximize efficiency and quality of the finished product.


Reception of fruits and vegetables – Barboter


The process begins with the receipt of fruits and vegetables, using the Barboter system from the manufacturer PIGO. This component has a capacity of 2.5 – 3 tons per hour. It is crucial to ensure that incoming products are adequately prepared for subsequent stages.


Inspector


Next, the fruit and vegetables under go thorough inspection. This phase is managed by a system from the manufacturer PIGO. The equipment has a width of 80 cm and a length of 5 m, allowing detailed control of the products.


Cutter


The cutting phase, carried out by the manufacturer PROCESSING, has a capacity of 1 – 1.5 tons per hour. This step is crucial for preparing fruits and vegetables for drying or other processing.


Dryer


The manufacturer PIGO also provides the dryer, with a capacity of 7.5 tons in 18 hours, based on fresh plums. This machine is essential to reduce the moisture content of the product.


Gas tank


A 5,000 liter gas tank is included in the line. This component is vital for processes that require a constant gas supply.


Rehydrator


The rehydrator, manufactured by PROCESSING, has a capacity of 1 – 1.5 tons per hour. It is essential for restoring the moisture content in dried products.


Pitting device


PROCESSING also provides the depitting device, with a capacity of 8 kg per hour. There are 5 pieces available in stock, greatly increasing the efficiency of the process.


Rotating Spray Preserver


The rotating spray conservator, also from the manufacturer PROCESSING, has a capacity of 2 – 3 tons per hour. This machine is crucial for applying preservatives and improving the shelf life of products.


Packaging machine with 14 scales


A packaging machine with 14 scales, produced in China in 2018 and never used, is part of the line.


Nitrogen Generator


Finally, a new and unused nitrogen generator is available. It is a key component for processes requiring controlled atmospheres.
