The PELETON-4000 MT wet sawdust pellet production line is high-quality equipment that can be perfectly tailored to the needs of your farm. The initial humidity of the raw material should be up to 60%. There is also a solution that allows you to process sawdust with higher humidity.

The PELETON-4000 MT line includes:

The raw material is fed via a feeder with an enlarged buffer to the SA-600 dryer. The aerodynamic dryer consists of a heat generator. The standard equipment version includes a firebrick stove. The stove is fired with ordinary wood. Furnace power 0.7 MW. It is possible to install a PELETRON-250 pellet burner. The pipeline length is 25 m. The pipeline layout can be modified in such a way that the wet sawdust pellet production line takes up as little space as possible.

The dried raw material is separated from the hot air using a cyclone. The sawdust goes to the screw feeder, and the hot air together with steam is discharged outside the room via a chimney.

Using a screw feeder, the raw material is fed to the PELETON-400 pellet machine. The feed of raw material is regulated using a potentiometer. The pellet machine was designed for processing hard raw materials and can easily handle sawdust from coniferous and deciduous trees.

The finished pellet enters the PB-100 calibrator drum, which is used to sift the pellets from dust and particles. It also serves as cooling for the finished product.

It is also possible to install belt conveyors, a weigh-packing machine and a bag welding machine.
